Our history
The company was established as a “Cost Association” 31 January 2014. The reason was that ECA (electrochemically activated) generator manufacturers had to fulfill the BPR no later than
1 September 2015.
We started our company because we saw a gap in the ECA market. Having evaluated the costs of buying a Letter of Access (LoA) from an already listed company, we found it to be disproportionately high.
Instead, we decided to prepare an application for our own dossier, which we submitted to ECHA on 23 June 2015.
On 1 December 2015 we received approval for product classes PT 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Since then, 14 companies decided to join the cooperation.
In 2016 we decided to change the company structure from a cost association to a limited company.
Today we have 12 shareholders in the company and have sold a number of LoAs to interested companies who need to be Article 95 compliant.
Our company is open for new shareholders that are an ECA generator manufacturer.
